The company has Furniture Fitting Electricals (FFE) and Hospitality Consultants positioned to deliver the finishing of property construction. WL Construction has demonstrated competence and capacity to provide advisory services required to acquire property (building or land), complete the registration process with the Government, acquire the necessary approvals and documentations to commence project construction or redevelopment.

Golden Tulip Ibadan
Construction of a 60 bed hotel 4Star Hotel in Ibadan, with swimming pool, meeting hall, board rooms, gym, restaurant, lounge and offices. Its offers premium accommodation and meeting facilities suitable for Corporates, individuals and families either on vacation, leisure trip or business.
Five Continent
Construction of Restaurant Chain Hospitality Services Ibadan; a premium chain of restaurants conceptualized to offer multi-continental cuisine, exclusive club, bar and fine dining all in one location. There are five different outlets in one location. This location was launched in December 2020.
Golden Tulip Lekki
Construction of a 32 bed boutique hotel, with swimming pool, meeting hall, gym, restaurant, lounge and offices. Located in Lekki, it is an ideal location for Business and leisure travellers. It commenced operations in August 2021
Sunflower VI
Construction of a 15 Apartment Residence Hotel, in Victoria Island that is ideal for family or business travelers. Its’ apartments are 1bedroom ensuite, with a Kitchenette, guest toilet and living area on approximately 40sqm. Operations commenced in May 2022.
Golden Tulip Oniru
Construction of a 32 apartment suite hotel, with swimming pool, meeting room, gym, restaurant, lounge and offices, suitable for the family and business travellers in Oniru, Victoria Island. This location was launched in 2017. We also commenced the construction of 4 apartment extension that will open in October 2023.
