Mr Fatimilehin is a renowned Estate Surveyor, Executive Director and Co-founding Partner of Diya, Fatimilehin & Co. a leading Real Estate Development and Valuation firm with Headquarters in Lagos and branch offices several states in Nigeria. He is also the Executive Vice Chairman of Locke International Consultancy Limited (Funds Procurement & Management) and Locke Homes Limited (Developers & Marketers). His business and investment management experience span over 30 years footprints in property management and development in Nigeria, and Globally.

Mr Fatimilehin is a member of the board of several rated organizations and a key member of many professional bodies and associations in Nigeria and overseas, including: The Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), The Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), The Institute of Directors – London, The Institute of Directors – Nigeria, and he is a Senior Certified Valuer (SCV) of the International Real Estate Institute, U.S.A.

He possesses over 11 years professional experience in Hospitality, Real Estate, Accounting, Consulting, and Telecoms industry. He has been involved in the setting up of hospitality businesses in Lagos and Ibadan, overseeing Tax, Financial Reporting, Budgeting and planning, Strategy, Treasury Management and Audit.

Mr Luqman holds an MBA from Lagos Business School and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

Maurizio is bringing over 25years post qualification industry experience within and outside Nigeria in construction and civil engineering to lead the team, having worked on numerous construction projects as Project Manager, Construction Manager and Area Manager.

Maurizio is specialized in construction of high-rise structures, execution of various civil, Building, structural Projects and reconstruction of existing structures.

He is a certified professional engineer from the province of Cagliari, Italy and qualified Civil Engineer with specialization in Structures and Building.

Michael is a COREN certified Engineer and Certified Project Manager with over 11years post qualification experience.

Michael has held several positions including Lead Project Manager, Lead Civil/Structural Engineer responsible for Initiating project activities, creating and leading project teams, monitoring program of work and setting timelines, overseeing over 100 construction site workers..

Michael holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering from Covenant University, Ota and HND Civil Engineering from Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, Ogun State.

Ekpo is on the team as the MEP Engineer with over 18 years cognate experience in various capacities as a Mechanical Engineer.

He has demonstrated track record of Team Leadership, supervising over 200 personnel combined on two separate projects in direct equipment maintenance, repairs of equipment, installations, overhauling, trouble shooting of hydraulic equipment’s, rotating equipment’s, statics and pneumatic equipment’s, designs.

His experienced in Design, Mechanical installations, repairs and fabrications work for multi Storey structures.

James has managed and reduced cost discrepancies and variation to achieve cost efficiency in project execution.

He has more than 10years combined post qualification experience, working with several construction companies in Lagos and Abuja.

He is responsible for supervision, planning, coordination of construction, assigning of duties, implementation of construction projects, ensure accuracy and completion of assigned Duties.

Kenneth is a graduate of Civil Engineering from Federal University of Agriculture, Makurdi

His core competencies are Knowledge of industry standards, legislation, and regulations pertaining to Engineering and ensuring compliance to best practices.

John is a Mechanical Engineer with over 8 years of experience in MEP Services with high proven track record of quality services. A certified Member of Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria, (R. COREN), Member of the Nigeria Society of Engineer (MNSE) and also, Member of Nigeria Institute of Mechanical Engineer (MNIMechE), with professional qualification in Occupational Safety and Health Association (OSHA).

John supervises the Mechanical Engineering team and is also the Project Health and Safety Supervisor.
